1. Free Plan
Convify.Ai offers a free plan that allows you to explore the platform with limited features. The free plan does not require a credit card or any payment information. No charges are applied to free plan users.
You can use the free plan for as long as you wish. If you decide the platform is not right for you, simply stop using it — no cancellation is necessary, and you will never be charged.
Upgrading from the free plan to a paid plan is optional and will only occur with your explicit action and payment authorization.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Here is what happens when you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to paid features until that date.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation. There are no cancellation fees.
- After the billing period ends, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan with its associated usage limits.
- Your chatbots, data, and configurations will be preserved, but features exceeding free plan limits may become unavailable until you upgrade again.
We recommend exporting any important data before your paid period ends if your usage exceeds the free plan limits.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Annual Plans
We offer a 7-day refund window for annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the annual period.
3.2 Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the initial charge or any renewal charge. After 48 hours, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
3.3 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered outside the standard windows in the following circumstances:
- Significant service outage or technical issues that materially prevented you from using the Service
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges on your account (subject to investigation)
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
All exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@convify.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address, the transaction or invoice ID (found in your billing history), and the reason for the refund.
- Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You may also initiate a cancellation (but not a refund) directly from your account settings under Billing → Manage Subscription.
5. Razorpay Payment Processing
All payments on Convify.Ai are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
Razorpay supports multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. While we initiate refunds promptly, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds are typically faster (2–4 business days).
We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay.
6. Downgrade Policy
If you choose to downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan (for example, from Business to Starter):
- The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan features until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time on your current plan.
- If your usage (number of chatbots, messages, team members, etc.) exceeds the limits of the new plan, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect, or excess features will be automatically restricted.
- Your data will not be deleted during a downgrade. However, features like advanced analytics or custom branding may become unavailable.
You can upgrade back to a higher plan at any time to regain access to all features immediately.
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your Convify.Ai account:
- First cancel any active subscription to avoid further charges.
- Navigate to Account Settings → Delete Account, or contact our support team at support@convify.ai.
- Upon deletion, all your data — including chatbots, training content, conversations, and settings — will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- Account deletion is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data before proceeding.
- If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription or entitle you to a refund.
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations, even after account deletion.
